With a passion for helping people live well, for longer and expertise in exercise referral, she empowers you to embrace a healthier lifestyle at any stage of life. Susannah’s qualification in mental health first aid, combined with her deep interest in positive psychology and behavioral science, ensures that she’s equipped to support you on your path to creating simple, sustainable, seasonal habits..
