WanderWell - A Soulful Yoga & Walk Experience
Walk - Pause - Reflect - Reconnect
WanderWell is an immersive, seasonal experience designed to align your body, mind, and spirit with the natural rhythms of the season. Through gentle seasonally-aligned yoga and a mindful five-mile walk infused with guided meditations and community connection points we aim to create a moving sanctuary for renewal, presence, and deep nourishment.
This event invites you to step away from your routine and step into your wholeness – one mindful breath, one loving step at a time.

Location: Lawton Memorial Hall, Stoke-on-Trent, ST7 3BG
Time: 9:00am – 1:00pm
Here’s the full agenda for the day:
- 8:45am – Arrival & Welcome
Settle in and meet your fellow WanderWell participants. We’ll gather together to set our intentions for the day and prepare for our mindful movement and connection to the outdoors. - 9:00am – 10:15am: Gentle Yoga Session
This grounding and rejuvenating yoga class is designed to ease you into the day and prepare your body for the walk ahead. It will include gentle, seasonally-inspired yoga postures and breathing exercises to bring calm and balance. - 10:15am – 10:45am: Break for Snacks & Refreshments
Take a moment to enjoy a light snack and hydrate before our walk. Feel free to bring your own or enjoy the nourishing seasonal wellness snack that we’ll provide as our gift to you. - 10:45am – 12:45pm: Mindful 5-Mile Walk
We’ll set off for a peaceful, guided walk through nature, with intentional pauses to reflect, breathe, and connect. This walk offers a chance to clear your mind, deepen your awareness, and engage with the surrounding beauty. - 12:45pm – 1:00pm: Event Close
What to Bring:
- Comfortable clothes for yoga and walking
- A yoga mat
- A drink to stay hydrated
- A journal and pen if you’d like to take some notes during reflection pauses
