This session is perfect for balancing the kapha dosha in mid-winter time when we are feeling a little lacking in energy, less vital and a little sluggish and it is difficult to get going. This is the perfect antidite to that. We will start with our Surya Bhedana Pranayama (breathing technique) to give us a little boost or kickstart. Then we will move through several variations of sun salutations to get all the energy circulating.
